Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Engineering or related field with 8+ years relevant experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years relevant experience
- Proven experience developing and delivering data science solutions in a production environment
- Advanced proficiency in Python for machine learning data analysis and automation
- Expert-level SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Experience integrating data from multiple systems through APIs
- Strong foundation in statistics probability predictive modeling and analytical methodologies
- Experience building validating and deploying machine learning models that drive business outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights

Day to day
- Solve complex business challenges using advanced analytics machine learning and AI
- Collaborate with business leaders engineering teams stakeholders and clients to define problems and shape data strategy
- Build validate and deploy production-ready models data pipelines and scalable solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
- Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations present insights to technical and non-technical audiences and mentor junior data scientists
