Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience across the full ML lifecycle building and deploying production models
- Strong quantitative foundation in statistical modeling experimental design and analytics
- Highly proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation analysis and modeling
- Hands-on experience building agentic workflows Claude Skills or LLM-based automations using Claude Cursor or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with AI operational practices such as prompt libraries guardrails and output validation
- Strong communicator who can explain complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences
- Natural mentor and collaborator who works independently in a high-growth environment
- Passion for the mission to teach kids to read

Day to day
- Serve as the primary Data & Analytics practitioner for partner-facing teams, turning complex business questions into rigorous analytics that drive decisions.
- Build predictive models and marketing analytics frameworks that help acquire retain and grow school district partnerships.
- Develop agentic workflows and Claude Skills to automate analysis accelerate modeling work and extend the team's capacity.
