Requirements
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline
- Strong experience designing and deploying AI solutions in production
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business and technical challenges using advanced analytical methods
- Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within highly collaborative teams
- Hands-on experience with LLMs RAG LangChain LangGraph and vector databases
- Strong machine learning theory and algorithm knowledge
- Experience building training evaluating deploying and monitoring machine learning models
- Experience acquiring and transforming data using APIs SQL and cloud platforms
- Strong Python and SQL skills
Day to day
- Design and deploy production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for critical business initiatives
- Build AI applications from concept to production including architecture testing deployment monitoring and continuous improvement
- Develop multi-agent frameworks orchestration layers and context engineering pipelines for complex enterprise workflows
