Requirements
- Graduate degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years developing AI/ML applications and data-driven solutions
- Excellent Python skills and experience with pandas scikit-learn LangChain or similar libraries
- Experience with LLMs prompt engineering and retrieval augmented generation
- Strong knowledge of advanced AI/ML techniques including Generative AI NLP and Deep Learning
- Understanding of CS fundamentals computational complexity and algorithm design
- Ability to engineer and deploy well-architected software packages
- Strong communication stakeholder management and independent project ownership skills
- Experience mentoring junior team members

Day to day
- Collaborate with product partners and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new AI and ML opportunities for content and products.
- Research and evaluate algorithms methods and proof-of-concepts to solve complex business problems with rigorous testing and analysis.
- Deploy production-grade microservices and contribute to shared data science platforms data assets and internal knowledge sharing.
