5+ years building and deploying data science machine learning or AI systems in production
Strong foundation in statistics machine learning experimentation and causal inference
Strong coding and debugging skills with production-quality maintainable testable reliable code
Experience implementing deploying and supporting statistical or machine learning systems in production
Ability to debug issues across source data pipelines model logic production services and customer-facing outputs
Experience owning projects end-to-end from problem definition through production deployment and operational support
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with high autonomy
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Growth mindset intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new domains

Build and maintain production systems for measurement products including MMM, Incrementality, Insights, and Recommendation Systems
Translate statistical and causal inference methods into scalable customer-facing capabilities with reliable deployment and monitoring
Debug data model and production issues across the full stack while improving accuracy coverage and operational robustness
