Requirements
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in data science applied statistics or machine learning
- Familiarity with AI toolkits such as Claude Gemini or similar
- Strong Python skills including Pandas NumPy and scikit-learn
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation
- Experience with basic machine learning workflows including preprocessing feature engineering training validation and monitoring
- Understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI Matplotlib or Seaborn
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about model monitoring forecasting and marketing analytics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate insights clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of AI tools
- Expertise on BI dashboarding tools such as Sigma or Tableau preferred
- Strong Excel skills

Day to day
- Build and deploy machine learning models that support marketing customer engagement and core business decisions.
- Monitor model performance detect drift and deteriorating outputs and help implement corrective actions.
- Create time-series forecasts dashboards and advanced analytics that reveal trends root causes and future business outcomes.
- Clean transform and maintain structured datasets while partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
