Requirements
- 4+ years of applied Data Science or Machine Learning experience
- Strong Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks
- Experience deploying models into production environments
- Strong statistical foundation in experimentation model evaluation and predictive analytics
- Experience with large-scale datasets and complex business problems
- Familiarity with LLMs Generative AI or hybrid AI/ML solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment

Day to day
- Develop and deploy machine learning and predictive models that improve customer outcomes
- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends patterns and business opportunities
- Partner with Product Engineering and Leadership to deliver production-ready data science solutions
- Design experiments validate performance and refine models to improve predictive accuracy
- Contribute to AI and LLM-driven initiatives and present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
