Requirements
- At least 5 years of academic or commercial experience in healthcare data science and analytics
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with statistical modeling machine learning and data visualization tools such as TensorFlow Pandas Scikit-Learn PyTorch and Keras or similar
- Comfort working with large scale datasets and distributed computing platforms like Databricks or Spark
- Track record of solving complex unstructured problems with creativity and precision
- Strong communication skills and ability to present data driven narratives to stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently move quickly and self manage in a small team environment
- High attention to detail strong written and verbal communication skills and professionalism
- Passion for problem solving and increasing affordability and transparency in the US healthcare market

Day to day
- Perform statistical analysis across very large healthcare pricing datasets to uncover actionable insights
- Build predictive models algorithms and analytical frameworks that can be productized for customers
- Design build and sustain clustering NLP and outlier detection solutions to classify link and de-noise data across datasets over time
- Collaborate on data architecture and delivery processes to help scale the customer pipeline efficiently and profitably
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in data science and engineering
