  • Understand Agile Software Delivery Methodologies and Engineering techniques
  • Knowledge of Kanban values and cadence
  • Experience in project management and spreadsheet software
  • Ability to work with SCRUM teams towards common goals
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and risk management
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting and collaborating effectively
