Requirements
- BS or MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- 10+ years of gas turbomachinery experience
- Proficiency with CAD software and Siemens NX
- Strong background in hardware design development and documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware performance and durability issues
- Experience with technical presentations and customer communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience mentoring junior engineers or providing technical leadership
- Ability to define and document requirements with customers
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Design aircraft electrical mechanical propulsion and component structures systems and processes using CAD tools and engineering analysis
- Conduct feasibility studies validate design requirements and document changes through formal engineering control processes
- Support engine and component test campaigns analyze test data participate in design reviews and drive process improvements
