  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to independently troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Comfortable working onsite and capable of undergoing security clearance.
