Remote Senior Developer Job in UK BSI

Who you are

• Engaging with Business and IT stakeholders with ownership and minimal supervision on delivery commitments
• Undertaking Analysis, Design, and Development of new applications and maintaining existing systems
• Leading projects and supporting junior team members
• Proficient in ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Webform, C#, and SQL Server
• Experience with WebAPI, jQuery, Entity Framework, XML, XSLT, JSON, .NET Core
• Familiarity with Azure, DevOps & CICD, SSIS, SSRS, Angular.js
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

What the job involves

• Join our exciting team at BSI as a hands-on Senior Developer, occasionally leading a small team of developers. Perform technical PoCs and programming assignments, engage with Business Stakeholders and IT teams, lead group projects, and maintain existing systems.
• Conduct Analysis, Design, and Development of new applications, ensure software testing processes are followed, provide estimates for tasks, and liaise with internal business users for requirements. Undertake performance tuning, refactoring, automation, and constantly update technical knowledge and skills.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, lead a small group of developers, ensure adherence to development methodology, and stay updated with the latest technologies.
