Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related role
- Deep understanding of AWS services like VPC, networking, load balancing, ECS Fargate, EC2, RDS, and S3
- Proven experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code practices
- Strong experience in designing and building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
- Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
- Experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, New Relic, or CloudWatch
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
Day to day
- Design and implement AWS infrastructure using services like VPC, networking, load balancing, ECS Fargate, EC2, RDS, and S3
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application development and deployment
- Collaborate with software engineers to enhance productivity through efficient CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability
- Ensure security best practices are implemented across all cloud deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and operation issues
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AWS and DevOps domains
