- 5-8 years of DevOps in a senior role
- Proven AWS services and infrastructure as code experience.
- Advanced application health triage skills using logs, alerts, and data.
- Hands-on Grafana experience for monitoring and observability.
- Passion for system reliability and application performance troubleshooting.
- Networking, security, and database management in cloud settings know-how.
- CI/CD pipeline design and management experience, ideally GitLab.
- Kubernetes and container orchestration experience.
- Proficiency in scripting with Bash or similar.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Remote working experience and communicating on Slack.
- Fundamental DevSecOps understanding.
- Agile environment experience.
Desirables
- AWS, Kubernetes, or Docker certifications.
- Experience with Azure or GCP.
- Experience with other monitoring tools like Datadog or Sentry.
