Requirements
- At least 5 years of cloud infrastructure experience in AWS and/or GCP
- Experience building secure highly available multi-region web applications
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker Kubernetes Terraform Vault or equivalent tools
- Proficiency with cloud-based CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions GitLab CI Jenkins CircleCI AWS CodePipeline or similar
- Strong Bash and scripting skills for automation
- Comfortable owning production and participating in on-call rotation
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude and validating their output
- Able to close work independently without chasing
- Strong communicator who can explain infrastructure tradeoffs clearly

Day to day
- Own and operate cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
- Design, build, and maintain Docker and Kubernetes environments with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices.
- Lead deployments, reliability, incident response, observability, security, and cost optimization with a hands-on ownership mindset.
