Requirements
- Strong understanding of USA's political and social context
- English native speaker or C2+
- Experience in writing for digital audiences whether social media content, email communications, websites or blog posts
- Experience managing a community of supporters via email, social media, and Discord
- Comfortable using new technology, tech tools and platforms
- Make data-led decisions and love to understand how to improve your content
- Run tests backed by statistical significance. Always looking to improve your work
- Work cross-culturally and comfortably understand differences in working styles and needs
Nice to have
- Email marketing or writing for campaigns
- Activist
- Science or technical background
- Video editing or other digital media
- Coding experience or product development
Day to day
- Identify campaign opportunities mainly in the United States, and globally
- Test and develop campaigns that grow our communities, increase our supporter fundraising, and advance our mission
- Create and run social media advertising to grow our community of supporters in the USA, and beyond.
