Who you are

  • Strong understanding of USA's political and social context
  • English native speaker or C2+
  • Experience in writing for digital audiences whether social media content, email communications, websites or blog posts
  • Experience managing a community of supporters via email, social media, and Discord
  • Comfortable using new technology, tech tools and platforms
  • Make data-led decisions and love to understand how to improve your content
  • Run tests backed by statistical significance. Always looking to improve your work
  • Work cross-culturally and comfortably understand differences in working styles and needs

What the job involves

  • Identify campaign opportunities mainly in the United States, and globally
  • Test and develop campaigns that grow our communities, increase our supporter fundraising, and advance our mission
  • Create and run social media advertising to grow our community of supporters in the USA, and beyond.
