What the job involves

• Leading Kraken’s annual planning process
• Preparing and presenting business reviews, board presentations, internal leadership communications
• Monitoring KPIs regularly and driving analytical insights
• Coordinating cross-functional efforts to implement transformational initiatives
• Coaching and mentoring the Business Operations team
• Building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
