Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
- 10+ years in business development partnerships payments or financial services preferred
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to structure partnership deals
- Deep knowledge of payment technologies APIs and integration processes
- Hands-on experience with technical solutioning API documentation and integration workflows
- Familiarity with ERP eCommerce and SaaS platforms such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Google Shopify and Adobe
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to execute multi-year partnership plans
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Excel SQL data analysis and AI applications
- Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced evolving environments

Day to day
- Source, onboard, and scale Tier-1 embedded payment partnerships across key technology ecosystems
- Build executive relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to advance commercial, product, and technical alignment
- Lead the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and solution workshops through contract execution go-live and ongoing growth
