Requirements
- 7+ years with Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions & integrations for D365 Modules
- Strong consulting acumen and understanding of ERP from a functional and implementation perspective
- Conceptual knowledge of Dynamics 365 Applications
- Understanding of other Microsoft Technologies like Power Platform and Azure
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Experience working with third-party vendors
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
- DevOps Experience and Pipeline Deployment
- Solution Architect experience is a good to have

Day to day
- Lead a migration to Dynamics CRM for a large UK Government Department
- Orchestrate the strategic design and maintenance of business solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM
