Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Experience working on HV electrical design projects
- Knowledge of power systems substations or network infrastructure
- Experience working with DNO standards such as SPEN or National Grid
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and engineering best practice
Nice to have
- Multi-disciplinary team experience
- Power infrastructure background
- Utilities or energy project exposure
- Design experience up to 132kV
Day to day
- Produce electrical designs for HV infrastructure projects up to 132kV.
- Support the design of substations cable systems and associated electrical equipment.
- Prepare design drawings specifications and technical documentation while liaising with delivery teams.
