Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Power Engineering or related discipline
- Professional Engineer PE licence preferred or required
- 10+ years' experience in A/E consulting mission-critical or data centre sector
- Expertise in medium and low-voltage electrical distribution systems UPS generators transformers and switchgear
- Experience using SKM ETAP or similar power systems analysis software
- Revit BIM experience with strong multidisciplinary coordination skills
- Sound understanding of data centre redundancy strategies including N N+1 and 2N configurations
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management abilities

Day to day
- Lead electrical design and technical delivery for large-scale mission-critical and data centre projects from concept through commissioning and handover
- Act as the senior technical authority, maintaining design quality, engineering standards, and best practice across complex multidisciplinary projects
- Oversee critical power infrastructure design including medium and low-voltage distribution systems, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, transformers, and related controls
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to electrical engineers and designers while reviewing key deliverables and resolving technical challenges
- Support FAT SAT commissioning system integration construction energisation and final handover activities to ensure successful project outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement engineering innovation and internal design standards across multiple projects
