Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Professional Engineer licensure or comparable experience clearly stated
- At least 8 years of engineering experience in design project management or construction
- Experience in at least two required areas including PVSyst battery storage interconnection or QA/QC
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create review and interpret technical documents and construction drawings
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Excel and Bluebeam or similar tools
- Experience with solar industry engineering tools such as Google Earth GIS tools PVSyst PVWatts Helioscope and AutoCAD plug-ins
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time

Day to day
- Manage and delegate engineering workloads to support a growing solar and battery storage project pipeline
- Coordinate and review high-quality electrical and solar designs, applying subject matter expertise to optimize project value
- Lead technical problem-solving, quality assurance, vendor coordination, and project advancement to transaction-ready status
