Requirements
- PE license required in any U.S. state
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years managing utility-scale solar BESS or energy infrastructure projects
- Construction experience in energy infrastructure projects
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure

Day to day
- Oversee solar and BESS projects from development through construction commissioning and turnover to operations.
- Lead construction engineering and shape EPC technical requirements for large-scale energy projects.
- Act as Owner’s Engineering Manager on active builds while coordinating external firms and reviewing contractor deliverables.
