Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- 8–15 years of experience delivering hybrid power generation projects
- Extensive hands-on experience delivering gas turbine projects
- Required experience with BESS projects and grid connection for data centers
- Strong understanding of gas turbine integration balance of plant systems electrical infrastructure switchgear controls and site systems
- Experience managing projects across the full lifecycle from engineering and design through construction commissioning and operations handoff
- Strong electrical engineering foundation with ability to understand mechanical civil and controls disciplines
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects $10M+ minimum ideally significantly larger
- Familiarity with single-line diagrams P&IDs general arrangements gas infrastructure and plant-wide system integration
Day to day
- Support the delivery of large-scale hybrid power generation projects from design and procurement through construction commissioning and operations handoff
- Coordinate with EPCs engineering firms vendors procurement teams and contractors to drive successful project execution
- Review technical documentation and provide technical support for gas turbine integration balance of plant electrical systems controls and site infrastructure
