Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years electrical design experience in power generation
- Experience with coal natural gas gas-fired and combined cycle power plants
- Demonstrated ability to mentor train or lead engineers
- Experience with low medium and high-voltage power distribution systems
- Knowledge of protection and control systems relay coordination switchgear and transformers
- Experience performing electrical studies using ETAP or similar software
- Familiarity with NEC IEEE NFPA NESC and utility requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel 10-20% as needed

Day to day
- Lead electrical scope for power generation projects, setting technical direction and quality standards
- Develop schematic designs, detailed engineering packages, and field engineering support for coal, natural gas, combined cycle, and emerging data center power infrastructure
- Mentor engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary and overseas project teams to deliver constructible solutions from concept through commissioning
