Requirements
- Hold Valid SF Associate Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations as lead configuration consultant
- Experience in Core and Time management, business processes related to Core HR, and integration with 3rd Party tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Solid interpersonal skills for client and co-worker interaction
- Desire to excel and identify engagement opportunities
Nice to have
- Professional Certification in the module
- Fluency in German, Dutch, French, and optionally Spanish or Italian
Day to day
- Implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Facilitate workshops to identify requirements and document them
- Configure solutions, support through testing phases, and deploy to production
- Consult on industry specific features and system processes
- Work closely with Project Managers and customers to communicate project goals and updates
- Recommend industry best practices solutions
- Deliver training and transfer product knowledge to customers
