Who you are

• Hold Valid SF Associate Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations as lead configuration consultant
• Experience in Core and Time management, business processes related to Core HR, and integration with 3rd Party tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Solid interpersonal skills for client and co-worker interaction
• Desire to excel and identify engagement opportunities

Desirables

• Professional Certification in the module
• Fluency in German, Dutch, French, and optionally Spanish or Italian

What the job involves

• Implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Facilitate workshops to identify requirements and document them
• Configure solutions, support through testing phases, and deploy to production
• Consult on industry specific features and system processes
• Work closely with Project Managers and customers to communicate project goals and updates
• Recommend industry best practices solutions
• Deliver training and transfer product knowledge to customers
