- 3+ years of production experience with AWS
- 3+ years of experience leading and implementing infrastructure projects
- 2+ years of programming experience
- Track record in architecting and scaling distributed systems
- Experience working in a Linux environment

- The Loom infrastructure team is responsible for the foundational services that make Loom an amazing product
- You will lead the design and execution of our most critical projects
- Your work will impact important initiatives by enabling engineers to deliver with velocity while adapting our architecture towards the needs of our video platform
- The infrastructure team has wide scope, and you will find challenging work across areas such as infrastructure tooling, network architecture, CI/CD pipelines, observability strategy, compute platform, and more
