Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and/or military experience
- 6-9 years' experience troubleshooting and managing core services in AWS and Azure
- 3+ years' developing automation solutions using Python PowerShell APIs workflows or orchestration tools
- 3+ years' experience supporting enterprise infrastructure cloud operations managed services or platform engineering
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs and cloud-native services
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools assistants and automation platforms
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be eligible to support public sector customers and complete required background investigations
- Must be a US Citizen

Day to day
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting across managed cloud environments
- Diagnose complex operational issues and perform root cause analysis for AWS and Azure services
- Build automation and AI-driven workflows to reduce repetitive work improve efficiency and strengthen service delivery
- Serve as the primary technical resource for customers and lead incident resolution service requests maintenance and change activities
