• Strong background in software engineering with experience in technical and delivery roles
• Ability to foster a high standard of engineering excellence and articulate expectations clearly
• Skilled in coaching and developing engineering managers and their career growth
• Proven track record in building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring focus for engineering teams
• Capability to collaborate with senior engineers on technical initiatives to enhance engineering practices
• Experience in leading engineering organizations of approximately ~20 engineers
