  • 5-8 years successful sales experience
  • Experience in consultative selling in EdTech, HCM, or SaaS space preferred
  • Ability to exceed sales targets and manage designated territory
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and positive attitude
  • Negotiation skills based on value and time to close
  • Clear articulation of company offerings to meet client requirements
