Requirements

  • Sales background in health and nutrition industry
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a marketing environment
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant marketing, PR, or content creation experience within the biotech, pharmatech, or medtech space
  • 5+ years of working business experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with content creation, graphic design, or digital communications is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Industry-specific certifications are preferred
  • Experience with marketing software and tools is a plus

Day to day

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operation of the marketing team.
  • Organize travel arrangements and detailed trip itineraries for both domestic and international travel.
  • Develop, organize, execute, and assist with team activities, such as meetings and social events.
  • Coordinate communications campaigns, conduct market research, and track performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage SharePoint calendars and assist with content creation, graphic design, or digital communications where needed.
