    What the job involves

    • Lead the implementation of a proactive sourcing deep executive level talent research and engagement plan for complex organizations areas or talent pools.
    • Closely partner with executives Human Resources and colleagues to determine the current and future executive Talent Acquisition including talent priorities for Succession Management and Talent Scouting Programs.
    • Leverage deep understanding of talent market and candidate profiles to identify candidates for talent pools and role-based succession.
    • Provide quality external talent maps build and maintain compete strategies and provide education on market realities for your aligned space.
    • Create a thorough view of talent enabling swift action during executive leadership transitions reducing risk of disruption to business after departures or talent movement.
    • Maintain documentation on candidates’ qualifications status in the appropriate applicant tracking system within compliance guidelines.
