- Proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns for eCommerce brands with budgets exceeding $100K per month
- Deep hands on understanding of Meta Ads Manager audience strategy and full funnel campaign structuring
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret raw data and translate findings into strategic action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting performance insights and creative feedback
- Strong grasp of budget management pacing and omnichannel marketing strategy
- Familiarity with project management tools and attribution tools like TripleWhale
- Proactive independent organized and comfortable in fast paced high growth environments
- Experience running Meta ads for eCommerce brands for a year or more
- Agency experience working with multiple clients at once

Day to day
- Manage and optimize Meta ad accounts across assigned clients while driving profitable growth and meeting revenue and spend targets
- Develop testing strategies across creative audiences and copy and turn performance data into clear actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist lead onboarding research and own creative strategy from briefs through testing roadmaps
- Build standardized account structures scaling frameworks and proactive client communication with clear reports strategy calls and weekend monitoring
