Who you are

  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing
  • Experience in demand generation for enterprise software or cloud-based solution provider
  • Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
  • Experience in building and executing go-to-market plans by country or region
  • Understanding of complex buying/selling processes
  • Hands-on, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative, strategic thinker, and analytical
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation systems

Desirables

  • Experience with salesforce.com and Pardot
  • Life sciences or SaaS experience



What the job involves

  • Plan, project-manage, execute, and optimize demand-generation activities
  • Create localized brand awareness and visibility of our Quality solutions
  • Support regional pipeline goals
  • Work closely with marketers, sales, strategy, product marketing, and customer success teams
  • Manage liaison with marketing suppliers, vendors, event organizers, and translation agencies
  • Present program results to regional and product team leads
  • Measure campaign effectiveness based on KPIs and data-driven insights
