Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
- 3+ years in financial planning or accounting
- Experience in FP&A or Finance Business Partner roles preferred
- Strong Excel skills required
- Ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently stay organized and prioritize quickly
- Experience with Sage Intacct and FP&A budget tools preferred

Day to day
- Support financial planning forecasting and reporting across the organization
- Develop budgets monthly forecasts and financial models to guide business decisions
