Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial planning or accounting
- Previous experience in FP&A or as a Finance Business Partner strongly preferred
- Experience with Sage Intacct and FP&A budget tools preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently stay organized and prioritize quickly
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Day to day
- Support financial planning forecasting and reporting across the organization
- Develop annual and post-acquisition practice budgets and create monthly and ad-hoc forecasts with operations leadership
- Deliver monthly variance analysis financial models and reporting that improve visibility profitability and strategic decision making
