Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
  • 3+ years experience in financial planning or accounting
  • Experience in FP&A or as a Finance Business Partner preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently stay organized and prioritize quickly
  • Experience with Sage Intacct and FP&A budget tools preferred

Day to day

  • Support financial planning forecasting and reporting across the organization
  • Develop annual and post-acquisition practice budgets and create monthly and ad-hoc forecasts with operations leadership
  • Deliver variance analysis financial models and guidance that improve visibility efficiency and profitability
  • Partner closely with Accounting operational leaders and senior leadership to support month-end close strategic decisions and ad-hoc analysis
