Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning or accounting
  • Previous FP&A or Finance Business Partner experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
  • Able to work independently stay organized and prioritize quickly
  • Experience with Sage Intacct and FP&A budget tools preferred
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Day to day

  • Support financial planning forecasting and reporting across the organization
  • Develop annual and post-acquisition budgets and build monthly ad-hoc forecasts with operations leaders
  • Perform variance analysis build financial models and provide insightful guidance to senior leadership
