Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 5+ years in operations finance and/or FP&A
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present conclusions to senior leadership
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with operational and business leaders
- Ability to work autonomously manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines

Day to day
- Own regional forecasting budgeting and month-end consolidated reporting for a designated RVP region
- Act as a trusted finance advisor to operations leaders by translating performance into clear actionable insights
- Build pro forma models scenarios dashboards and KPI analysis to support decisions process improvement and turnaround plans
