Who you are

• 3+ years of related experience (e.g. FP&A Accounting backgrounds management consulting)
• Systems and EPM management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills working exceptionally well cross-functionally and with multiple constituents
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate financial results and narrative to a variety of audiences
• Understanding of financial planning and accounting concepts, equity and stock-based compensation a plus

What the job involves

• Collaborate with our Total Rewards team on budgeting forecasting and strategic decision-making for our compensation budgets
• Drive efficiency across core finance processes through automation simplification and coordination including ownership of our financial planning tool
• Drive our internal reporting processes including coordination across finance and shaping our financial narrative for executives and other internal stakeholders.
