Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience ideally in financial planning and analysis
- Great modeling skills with the ability to create models from scratch manipulate large data sets and summarize insights
- Strong Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides presentation skills and familiarity with financial planning systems
- An analytical and inquisitive mindset ability to solve problems strong work ethic attention to detail prompt and clear communication skills time and project management skills positive attitude and a results orientation
- Ability to prepare present and influence at the executive level by building strong cross-functional relationships
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

Day to day
- Lead revenue forecasting efforts by analyzing historical data and market trends as well as working cross functionally with revenue management teams to produce accurate financial projections.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support key decision-making processes and business strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Conduct variance reporting by comparing actual financial performance to forecasts and explain key drivers of discrepancies.
