Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, retail and large organization preferred
- BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance, with a strong sense of curiosity
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and timelines
- Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leadership
- Excellent computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Hyperion-Essbase and Oracle a plus
- Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate findings in written, verbal and presentation form

Day to day
- Key contributor and process owner for quarterly Board of Director meetings
- Analyze competitive results and external landscape; partner with Investor Relations team to communicate key storylines across the organization
- Create executive leadership materials such as board, investor support or recurring leadership meetings
- Provide regular competitive insights to the organization as part of weekly and monthly business reviews
- Support company financial results and reporting processes by providing key insights and drivers, including earnings release and close results
- Own and execute the company weekly forecast and build the storytelling to share the results with finance leaders
- Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects to support FP&A and finance leadership
- Develop and maintain strong proactive knowledge of retail and general industry trends, practices and issues, assessing and communicating their potential impact on the business
