Requirements
- B.S. in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in Finance or a related analytic field
- 4+ years of experience manipulating large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets
- Prior SQL Python or Looker experience is a plus
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments where problems are not clearly defined
- Strong sense of ownership bias for action grit and desire to win
- Keen eye for efficiency and detail
- Track record of delivering results through collaboration with stakeholders

Day to day
- Serve as the primary finance partner for pharmaceutical manufacturing costs packaging and R&D, partnering closely with Operations Supply Chain and R&D leaders
- Build financial plans forecasts and reporting for product costs while improving cost transparency variance analysis and margin insights
- Develop dynamic models to assess supplier decisions process changes and cost impacts and translate findings into clear actionable recommendations
- Support R&D financial planning and expense tracking while helping drive process improvements across a fast-scaling business
