Requirements
- 10+ years of finance leadership experience at Senior Controller Director or VP level
- Experience in multi-site healthcare veterinary or professional services organizations preferred
- Success leading finance process automation or AI implementation initiatives
- Experience with multi-entity consolidation GAAP reporting and month-end quarter-end close
- Experience managing FP&A accounting treasury accounts payable and payroll functions
- Experience supporting M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration
- Proficiency with modern ERP and financial systems such as NetSuite Sage Intacct or QuickBooks
- Strong analytical communication and executive presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or related field required

Day to day
- Own financial planning budgeting forecasting and long-range modeling to support growth and partner clinic performance
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of AI-powered tools and automation across AP AR reconciliations close reporting and forecasting
- Oversee consolidated reporting compliance cash flow treasury M&A support AP payroll and team leadership across a multi-site veterinary network
