Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Background in accounting or FP&A with experience in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting or consolidation preferred
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in an approved FP&A solution
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL or equivalent databases
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Collaboration with geographically dispersed teams
  • Problem solving conceptual and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards

Day to day

  • Serve as a primary client contact and guide engagements from initial scoping through implementation launch and post-go-live support
  • Lead discovery discussions to evaluate business objectives operational challenges and reporting needs then recommend the most suitable FP&A modules and solution components
  • Design and facilitate implementation strategies project plans governance meetings and training sessions while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
