Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 8 years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or related field.
  • U.S. citizenship required due to governmental contract requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing finance teams and projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Financial Planning tools.
  • Knowledge of FAR, CAS, and GAAP preferred.

What the job involves

  • Establish and implement financial reporting cadences.
  • Accurately analyze financial performance and identify issues early.
  • Manage, direct, and mentor two team members in FP&A best practices.
  • Drive financial process improvements and enforce FP&A standards across SEAKR.
  • Participate actively in financial forecasts and reviews.
  • Ensure data integrity and timeliness in all FP&A outputs.
