Remote Senior Frontend Engineer Job in San Jose, CA CompuGain

Who you are

• US Citizen
• 7+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong understanding of React JavaScript TypeScript HTML and CSS
• Experience with backend development using Node.js including understanding of RESTful services and API integration
• Proficiency in MVC/MVM frameworks and experience with web services technologies
• Familiarity with UX design principles and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences
• Proven experience in developing and optimizing Kibana or OpenSearch Dashboards or similar platforms
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems servers and environments
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch is preferred

What the job involves

• Develop and enhance OpenSearch Dashboards with a focus on user interface and experience
• Lead the development of new features and applications using TypeScript JavaScript NodeJS OpenSearch Dashboards and related technologies

• Maintain and improve code quality through best practices and code reviews
• Ensure the security and data protection standards are met across all aspects of the application
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
