Who you are

  • 5+ years working with frontend and backend technologies at scale.
  • Experience with various technical tools (DB types, queues, design patterns, architectures).
  • Ability to assess architecture decisions and select the best option.
  • Experience scaling services to millions of users.
  • Familiarity with web technology complexity, constraints, UI/UX.
  • Experience with State Management libraries (mobx, redux).

Desirables

  • AWS/Azure production experience
  • Python backend service development
  • React frontend development

  • Develop the Connecteam platform further.
  • Build a product customers use daily, focusing on usability, speed, reliability, and scalability.
  • Solve various problems from responsive UI development to choosing backend technologies for product scalability.
