- 7+ years experience in software engineering role
- Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures/algorithms)
- Extensive backend development and comfortable with frontend development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Django and React
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Track record of taking responsibility and ownership over core product areas
- Sharp attention to detail, user-centric focus
- Experience making data-driven decisions on product and process
- Experience building a positive remote-first culture
