Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and / or cross-team projects
  • Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter
  • 8+ years’ experience in Engineering, Product/Technical Program Management, Data Analysis, or Product Development
  • 6+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • Demonstrated experience in shipping high quality products and services
  • Presentation skills with large and small audiences
  • Supplier management experience

What the job involves

  • Lead a virtual team of functional leads including members from hardware and software engineering, sourcing, supply chain, networking, and datacenter operations for documenting a clear Plan-of-Record (POR) for the new product development and leading the project team to meet stated milestones
  • Drive the development, planning & execution of a holistic cross functional product development and launch strategy
  • Collaborate with internal and external technology development partners to form a cohesive development plan
  • Leverage experience and engineering skills to solve problems, fill gaps and achieve objectives through a cross functional team
  • Conduct risk management efforts in new product introduction, scenario planning and mitigation of risks, recovery from risks
  • Ensure cross functional alignment, track development milestones, and readiness for new Data Center infrastructure development, launch, and deployments
  • Use program management tools and communication methods to ensure a common understanding of the program plan of record to stakeholders
