Who you are
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
2+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and / or cross-team projects
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter
8+ years’ experience in Engineering, Product/Technical Program Management, Data Analysis, or Product Development
Demonstrated experience in shipping high quality products and services
Presentation skills with large and small audiences
Supplier management experience

What the job involves
Lead a virtual team of functional leads including members from hardware and software engineering, sourcing, supply chain, networking, and datacenter operations for documenting a clear Plan-of-Record (POR) for the new product development and leading the project team to meet stated milestones
Drive the development, planning & execution of a holistic cross functional product development and launch strategy
Collaborate with internal and external technology development partners to form a cohesive development plan
Leverage experience and engineering skills to solve problems, fill gaps and achieve objectives through a cross functional team
Conduct risk management efforts in new product introduction, scenario planning and mitigation of risks, recovery from risks
Ensure cross functional alignment, track development milestones, and readiness for new Data Center infrastructure development, launch, and deployments
Use program management tools and communication methods to ensure a common understanding of the program plan of record to stakeholders
